The Episealer is made of cobalt-chromium. The areas of the Episealer endoprosthesis that are in contact with the bone/cartilage are coated with a titanium and hydroxyapatite coating, ensuring rapid and permanent fixation to the bone.

The Episealer Femoral Twin™ is a customized mini-endoprosthesis designed for larger and elongated defects of the femoral condyles and trochlear region.
